These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BTS Memory Booth application (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Service
BTS Memory Booth is a photo booth application that lets you capture, decorate, and save photos using themed frames, stickers, and effects. The App offers free features alongside premium content available through a paywall (paid subscription or one-time purchase). Some content is only accessible with a valid subscription or purchase.
2. User Conduct
- You are responsible for all content you create or share using the App.
- You must not use the App to create, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Intellectual Property
All App interfaces, graphics, frames, stickers, branding, source code, and related components are owned by or lawfully licensed to us. The BTS Memory Booth name and visual identity are our proprietary assets.
This App is an independent fan-oriented creative tool and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYBE, Big Hit Music, or BTS. Any references to BTS or related imagery used within the App are for fan creative purposes only. All respective trademarks and copyrights belong to their owners.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
- Photos you create using the App belong to you. By using the App you confirm you have the rights to any content you incorporate into your photos.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Pricing and billing cycles for premium features are displayed at the point of purchase.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew according to the rules of your payment platform (App Store / Google Play) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellations must be performed through your App Store or Google Play account settings, not via support email.
- Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policy of the payment platform you used.
5. Prohibited Actions
- Copying, modifying, or redistributing App content without permission.
- Using technical means to bypass the paywall, commit payment fraud, or gain unauthorised access to the system.
- Using the App for any purpose that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of third parties.
- Uploading or creating content that is abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the App will operate without interruption or error, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data or photos stored on your device.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, or when necessary for maintenance, updates, or system security.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The collection and handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
