This Privacy Policy applies to the BTS Memory Booth application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). We respect your privacy and the App is designed to minimise data processing as much as possible.

The App does not collect your personal data on our servers.
- No account creation is required to use the core features of the App.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or similar personal identifiers.
- We do not store your personal data on our own servers.
- Photos and memories you create are stored locally on your device only.
2. Camera & Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your device camera and photo library solely to enable the core photo booth experience:
- Camera access is used to capture photos within the App's booth frames and effects.
- Photo library access is used to save your completed memory photos and optionally import existing photos.
- We do not upload your photos to any server. All processing happens on your device.
3. Purpose of Data Use
Because the App does not collect personal data on our servers, your data is processed entirely on your device to deliver the App's core functionality.
- Saving and displaying photos and memories you create within the App.
- Maintaining a consistent experience on your own device.
4. Local Data Storage
All data you create in the App — including photos, layouts, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not sync this data to our own servers.
You are responsible for managing your device, backups, and data recovery. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, locally stored content may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not share your personal data with third parties because we do not collect it. However, the App may use:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — for in-app purchases and subscription management, subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Analytics (if applicable) — anonymised, aggregated crash reports may be collected by the platform (iOS/Android) to help us improve stability.
6. Data Retention & Security
Local data is protected by the security mechanisms of your operating system and device. We recommend setting a passcode or biometric lock on your device to keep your memories safe.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child has been inadvertently collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
- You may view, edit, or delete your data directly within the App on your device at any time.
- You may uninstall the App to delete all locally stored data associated with it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
